The house is an open arrangement, and however it has zero rooms, it can rest 4!
The space An orb of wood carved out of the house will welcome you into a game of geometry on the entry porch. The kitchen is in the middle, open to the second floor and centered around a single main volume.
One single futon bed, one sleeper futon sofa, and a queen-size futon bed are included.
Rather than non-renewable energy source, the house is warmed geothermally. Rather than network power, the house has power from the sun. We are delicate to the climate and regard its natural equilibrium.
There is A Crossover Intensity/COLD unit on the2nd floor (Be careful it gets warm in the late spring).


From June to September, the house has air conditioning, while the rest of the time, it only has heat.
The wood oven is profoundly proficient and keep the space warm in the Hudson Valley winter. Outside the house, there is a lot of wood stacked for guests to use. Tip regarding the stove: The design allows air to flow when all the doors and windows are open, and the floor heat is connected to be cooling in the summer. Build the fire like a tipi and add wood in a vertical position to ensure that it will be strong and well maintained.

We do not allow pets of any kind, and guests who do so will be charged an additional 200 dollars for cleaning.
Access for guests is via a mail box marked 56-60 from Round Lake Road. Beacham Road and the driveway meet right there. When you are on the rock carport the house is straight ahead around 200 yards.

On the Reserve, parties and visitors other than guests are not permitted.
While we are endeavoring to ensure each stay is protected and solid we can not oblige early registrations, we value your comprehension.

Throughout the mid year month the T-Space trail is available to the general population on Sundays from 11-5. During their stay, Airbnb guests can use the trail at any time.

The organic Japanese futons that make up the bed are all firm.

We use water from wells and natural filters; tap water is safe to drink.

(Be aware that it can get hot in the summer.)
