Premium powder coated aluminum clad wood tempered glass windows by Jeld Wen—17 in total—make this a very bright and cozy place to call home.
ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING: Wired for 30 amp service by an electrician, we only ever used a single 15 amp cord for all of our electrical needs—including heat! Heating provided by an Envi Convection wall heater. Whole house uses LED lighting, so it is very energy efficient. Pex pipe plumbing, a single potable water garden hose provides water to the sink and shower. Long lasting Woder under counter filter offers pure fresh drinking water.
INSULATION: Trailer bed and subfloor fully insulated by Tumbleweed. R-tech rigid foam board and spray foam insulation in the walls and roof. Very well insulated, holds the heat well in the winter and keeps cool in the summer.
GREAT ROOM: Enter into the bright and spacious pine wood Great Room with custom wood desk/dining table and oak stools, custom shoe bench with storage and coat hooks above. Step out into the 10 foot cathedral ceiling area and you’ll swear you’re in a much larger home.
